2023/07訪問の前回レビュー以降、当店には暫らくご無沙汰していたが、甥っ子の就職先が内定したということで、2週間に一度の三鷹での私用と合わせて、弟と3人で細やかなお祝い会を当店で開催することに。何故、お祝い会のお店として当店を選んだのかというと、甥っ子から麻婆豆腐が大好物という話があったからで、この機会に当店の美味しい陳麻婆豆腐を味わってもらおうと考えた次第。当日、2人とは開店時間の11時半に店頭で待ち合わせをしたのだが、三鷹行きのバスが交通渋滞で遅延したため、11時半過ぎに店内の円卓で合流。
ランチメニューには、A:葉ニンニク入りマーボ豆腐(960円)、B:ニンニクの茎・玉葱・牛肉バーベキューソース炒め(960円)、C:エリンギ・シメジ・海老・イカ・青唐辛子塩味ニンニク甘酢炒め(1200円)があり、ライス・オシンコ・スープ・デザート付きで、ライスのおかわりは100円となっている。卓上のメニューには、タンタン麺(1000円)、スープ無し成都タンタン麺(小椀:700円、一玉:1000円)、五目そば(1200円)、鶏そば(1200円)、葱油鶏そば(1300円)、五目チャーハン(1200円)、五目あんかけご飯(1200円)などがあった。これらの中から、甥っ子はもちろん葉ニンニク入りマーボ豆腐、弟はニンニクの茎・玉葱・牛肉バーベキューソース炒め、私は以前から狙っていた鶏そばを注文し、スープ無し成都タンタン麺(一玉)を3人でシェアすることにした。
トップバッターは甥っ子が注文した葉ニンニク入りマーボ豆腐で、本格的な辛さ・痺れで美味しいと気に入ってくれたようでホッと一安心。続けて出て来た弟のニンニクの茎・玉葱・牛肉バーベキューソース炒めも、牛肉の細切りがたっぷり入ってとっても美味しそう。私が注文した鶏そばも、スープが透き通っていて、見るからに美味しそう。具材は鶏肉・青梗菜・刻みネギとシンプルだが、コクのある塩味ベースのスープが何とも言えない美味しさ。ストレートの細麺ともよく合って、これは間違いのない旨さ。最後に出て来たスープ無し成都タンタン麺(一玉)も以前と変わらぬ美味しさで、甥っ子もマーボ豆腐とは一味違う辛さ・痺れを理解してくれたようだ。甥っ子には、残りの学生生活を十分楽しんで、来年4月からは社会人として思う存分活躍してもらいたい。
