Inspired by the “layering” of progress made by women leaders, we intentionally designed the building with clean lines and open space to allow the building to evolve over time as Vital Voices and our network leaders add “layers” of history to the space through artwork, textiles, political posters, and the like. Below are some design renderings of the innovative spaces we have created.
Amanda Gorman and Malala Yousafzai Leadership Library
Meeting rooms and collaborative work areas designed to encourage cooperation and spark partnerships among local and visiting women leaders and NGOs with limited resources whose mission is to empower women and girls.
Sara Blakely Center for Entrepreneurship
The Sara Blakely Center for Entrepreneurship will engage visiting global women leaders, businesswomen, and social entrepreneurs committed to advancing gender equality and issues affecting women and girls worldwide.
DIANE VON FURSTENBERG SKY LOUNGE & ROOFTOP TERRACE
The top floor of the headquarters holds another options for intimate gatherings — a premier event space including the Diane Von Furstenberg Sky Lounge complete with a beautiful sky light.
InMaat Leadership Forum
The InMaat Leadership Forum will host regular special events, seminars, lectures and other activities highlighting the advancement of women’s leadership around the world.
Open & Natural Spaces
We designed the building to be full of light with open spaces, natural materials, and plants galore. The 7th floor includes a winter garden for guests to relax and convene.
Full Chefs Kitchen
Our 7th floor kitchen and dining space will host intimate gatherings with local and international chefs.
