Insights from Leadership. Tiffany Hamel Johnson, President & CEO of Chicago United
Elevating Equity

Chicago United’s highly inspiring Annual Meeting, where we convened our Members and business leaders to unpack the attacks on DE&I, revealed a significant fact: Companies are leaning in.

Fueled with this momentum, our 2024 Programming Series, themed Elevating Equity, began in earnest this month and I am overwhelmed by the thought leadership and the readiness to dig deeper. To further our mission, the current business climate requires a higher level of engagement. Companies continue to do the work and our programming complements this mission—providing the resources, the platform for ideas, and the opportunities that lead to proven action.

Leading cultural transformation is challenging, but collectively we must continue to double down on our resilience and strategically address the challenges to diversity, equity and inclusion. This is how we Elevate Equity.

Be well,
