Renee Flores is a customer/employee experience leader, advocate and practitioner responsible for leading customer-centric change within organizations. At Citrix, she has led global redesign initiatives within IT, sales enablement, HR, marketing, and currently the Citrix Customer Success organization. Prior to Citrix, she held marketing and sales positions at Diageo and Procter & Gamble.
