Great phone! It was listed as excellent but it arrived in a different condition. Some scuffing on the screen and back camera lense, sadly. Pictures in low light environments look great. I love that it shows you exactly what low light pictures will look like even before you take the shot. Instead of waiting until afterwards, unlike in other phones. It eliminates the guesswork. Loved how loud the speakers are - louder than on the S23+, for example. Battery life is great, it'll easily last me a day and a half or 2, with light to medium use. It comes with about 20 gb of preinstalled apps, which leaves the majority of the storage available for your personal use. Youtube, on the browser did act up a few times. Video playback controls and volume would sometimes not be available. Even though the volume was set to the max, no sound would come out through the speakers, and the lack of playback controls made it impossible to pause, rewind or fastforward the video. I tested the same video on 3 phones simultaneously, only the iphone experienced this issue. The only way to get back the playback controls and volume was to refresh the page. But that's not practical when you're in the middle of watching content. Hope this helps!

The IPhone 13 is a great phone. I have dropped the phone a few times and it would had seemed that the glass would had shattered however, I was pleased there was not a crack considering how hard the phone slammed against the floor. Im guessing Apple has taken a step further to protect the phone as it upgrades. Another great thing is that I spilled something near my phone and my phone was not affected in the least. I’m not too sure if the IPhone 13 is water proof but my phone was not damaged in the least. God forbid if this had happened to an Android.time to had bought a new phone. I highly recommend the IPhone 13. The only downside the IPhone 13 is not as loud as I would like it to be. But that can easily be fixed with purchasing a Bluetooth stereo or something!!!!!! I just bought an Apple iPhone 13, iOS, 6.1", 5G, SIM Free, 128GB and was amazed at how easy it was to transfer all of the data from my last phone. I considered which features were important to my lifestyle, the size of phone I required, and how much I wanted to spend before shopping around to see what the market had to offer. This model comes in a range of colours, green, blue, red, pink, white, and Midnight Blue. I chose Midnight Blue. I needed to receive business emails, often with large attachments, browse the web, lookup directions, take excellent quality photographs and, for pleasure, play around with songwriting on GarageBand. The price is amazing for the features the phone offers. The touchscreen is sensitive and the face recognition works really well. The phone is fast (5G), the battery lasts a long time and the screen is clear. The duel camera system offers many features and editing potential. There is ample storage for music, videos and podcasts and the sound quality is brilliant. Superb value for money.

I received the phone yesterday and put it on the charger right away as there was maybe only 10% left on the battery. It was taking it forever to charge, but I needed a phone as mine had stopped working. I switched everything over and then plugged it back to the charger. Overnight, it barely made it to 90% after being on the charger not being used for 12 hours. On my 1 hour commute to work, the battery went from 90% to 54ish within that hour and that phone had not been used. I tried to plug it up to my charger at work and it showed it was charging, but the battery life continued to drop. I even went and bought a new charger with the hopes it would work. It didn't and it kept on dropping. At this point, I thought maybe it would be best to power off the phone and let it charge for a while that way. When I turned the phone back on, the screen wouldn't work and there was less charge to the phone than at the time i powered it off. If I had to take a guess, the phone has probably never been refurbished as stated, and was just repackage to quickly sell. I instantly started the refund process and will be taking the phone back to my local Wal-Mart ASAP. Luckily, I was able to find the same phone through Straight Talk, brand new, for not much more than the price for this one. I was able to get free shipping as well and have it to me within 1-2 days.
