Awesome product

I have tried so many different food jars, some very expensive too. My daughter always complained of cold food by lunch time. This food keeps food hot for much longer than the 7 hours it says. I tested with hot water, water was still hot 24hrs later. My daughter loves bringing lunch to school now!! I purchased a 2nd one for myself. And the spork is so convenient!

Cannot fault Sportsden.ie. Product arrived on time and as described.
The food flask itself is pretty good, easy to fill, eat out of, and clean. The added spork is pleasantly useful. I have been preheating it with boiling water before filling it with stews and pasta dishes and 6 hours later it is still warm but not quite as hot as I would like but I suppose it is only an insulated flask, not a time machine 🤷🏻‍♂️
Luke Warm Food at Best

I bought this product a month and a half ago. I don’t have access to a microwave at work, so I thought this would allow me to have a hot meal for lunch. I have put boiling hot water in it to pre warm, and I heated my stew thoroughly and put it in the container right before I left for work. Nonetheless, my food was only luke warm by the time I ate lunch five hours later.
We have a winner!

We tried three brands of these hot/cold food insulated containers. This Stanley exceeded expectations. The other two rated tepid (ahem) reviews.

The first one was a 2020 Christmas gift. Logo is a little guy who looks surprised. After washing and rinsing, I preheated with boiling water for 5 mins. Dumped the water, and filled the container with hot soup. No leaks. Four hours later, the soup was room temperature.

Bought the second one at a hardware store (thermos brand), and repeated the process above. No leaks. Once again, after four hours, the soup was barely warm.

Ordered this Stanley from LLBean. Repeated the process of washing, preheating and then filling with hot soup. No leaks. Four hours later the soup was steaming hot. More amazing, the Stanley thermal jar had been in my car with the temperature outside at 12 degrees. As I ate the soup, the car windows fogged up from the steam. ;)

Thank you LLBean and Stanley for making my winter lunches a warming experience! Can't wait to see what you do for yogurt and fruit this summer.
