Perfect size, looks small but equivalent to a standard 35cl mug. That said JL should stock the larger size to give customers an option. Keeps drink hot for hours. DOES NOT LEAK!! I can turn it upside down and throw it around, if it's closed properly not a drop will come out! If yours leaks then it's faulty or not closed properly. This makes it very much worth it as most cups on the market will leak in your bag, even if upright they will spill through the spout when moving/walking. I do not have to worry about leakage at all.
Contrary to the review below, the lid folds all the way back so that it's flat so it doesn't get in the way at all. I prefer to drink with the lid off if I'm at my desk but otherwise the lid is fine. Again, limited range at JL but I wanted the small pink anyway so not an issue for me.

Having already bought the Stanley Ice Flow and being really impressed with the quality of that. I decided to buy this little travel mug. I love the colour (light pink) and design. I use it EVERYDAY and take it everywhere with me. Fits perfectly in my pocket on walks or into my bag. I've never had any issues with it leaking as mentioned on other reviews or the lid getting in the way. It's perfect!

You cannot drink from this unless you push the cup against your nose and bend your head awkwardly backwards. This is going back. A complete design flaw and when I looked at the product pictures, you can see this issue being hidden, as the lady couldn't drink from it at the angle she is drinking it from....very naughty. Returned

I purchased two of these, and it keeps my tea hot for hours. Love it. If, you open the lid and push it back twice it lays flat allowing you to drink your hot drink with no issues- no design flaw. The only issue I thought was it was a bit small, but on drink my tea I realise it was enough.
