I have several Stanleys and I recently placed an order for 2 more. One was Bloom and one was Serene Brushstroke. The package arrived very quickly which was nice, but the Brushstroke cup came damaged. There is an appearance of veins or cracking all around the bottom portion. It makes the cup look really bad and damaged, and for $35 you would hopefully receive a product you are satisfied with.

I was lucky to get this product before it sold out everywhere, but now I cannot order a replacement for the damaged version. I contacted Dick's support and they offered 10% refund, which barely covers sales tax. They were able to get up to 25% but wouldn't go higher. I'm disappointed but will be returning for a full refund. I later learned that this is a known issue with the Brushstroke Stanleys and many people are experiencing it.

My Stanley cup had encouraged me to drink so much more water and to stay hydrated. It has become a staple and keeps my water cold for hours. The ice melts, but the water stays cold, and it's been a great experience. The packaging was top-notch. My Stanley cap in the target box and the stay was inside of a box itself, so it was guaranteed nothing bad would happen to the product. The delivery however was a struggle because I qualified for free 2 day shipping but did not get that😭 I ordered this product on Dec 31st so basically I have to expect for the package to be delayed because of Christmas being a few days prior lol. Overall,I rate my experience a 5 star and I will be drinking from this Stanley everyday. *BTW*!!! I don't like drinking water but this product has impacted that issue so much. Another btw,I ordered this package on Dec 31st it arrived on Jan 5th!! Happy Spending!💗🙂

I own two other Stanley’s the Rose quart H2.0 Flow State and the Stanley Ice flow both from Amazon. I’m more of an Ice flow fan due to the handle being on top instead of the bottom. My Rose quartz Stanley which was the first Stanley, I ever owned ended up breaking along the handle. It took epoxy glue to fix it but, left a very undesirable look. It led me to getting the Ice flow which does not leak unlike the H2.0 Stanley’s. I wanted to repurchase another H2.0 and was very excited when I saw them at my local Target. I immediately fell in love with the color and the straw didn’t look plastic. It appeared almost like a glass-like look but, on here they look like it’s made out of steel. I haven’t used it so I’m unsure if this one will also leak I would assume it will since the H2.0 models are known for it. Definitely, worth the purchase.

This review is NOT for the cup itself but for Academy that shipped it. I ordered two of the 40 oz tumblers for Christmas gifts. They packaged the 2 tumblers together in a plastic bag envelope. Not a box. No packing paper to protect them. Just a plastic envelope. Together! By the time they arrived at my house, which was 7 days late.... both straws were sticking thru the plastic bag, with several holes in the bag. When i opened the bag, the colors of each tumbler rubbed off on the other one from the beathing they took with USPS. One also has chips on it from them hitting together during freight. Why in the world wouldn't this company package these products properly? Any now...the colors I bought are all sold out. These are way too expensive to not have been packaged properly with packing materials for protection. Very disappointed in Academy!
