Great Cup
· Review provided by kleankanteen.com · August 11, 2018
I purchased this cup for my office. I wanted to get something that would keep things cold during the day. I work with people all day long, so sometimes I do not get to touch my cup for a long while. Well this cup keeps it cold. I have filled it up in the AM when I arrive. An around 10 am it is still cold. It is a little on the heavy side, but that is OK I like it. I am one that likes to know that I have something in my hand. Not, pick up something that you almost toss over your head because it is so light. I have a couple other items from them, not used it yet.
Love it ...

The perfect companion for my daily coffee run. No more wasteful disposal cups. And it is perfect size for cup holders and easy to carry around (some of insulated mugs are huge and heavy). It keeps my drink hot/cold better than the cups you get to go. I also purchased the optional straw accessory so I can get blended drinks in the summer. I was nicely surprised this cup came with a coffee lid (not shown in photos). As with all Klean Kanteen products, this is nicely made and feels like a quality product. Love it!
Wasn't clear from the description

I bought one of these for each of my family, along with a straw/lid/brush combo for each of us, AND the Tumbler Lid for each of us. I didn't realize that these insulated tumblers came with the tumbler lid. I thought they came with a screw-top so that we could pack them in backpacks, etc., for hiking. We wanted a less obtrusive silhouette than a giant water bottle, and these seemed perfect. Well, they are great cups, but now we've got 3 spare Tumbler Lids and no container suitable for taking on hikes. Sigh.
A needed size increase

I have used the 16 oz. insulated tumblers since they came out. The 20 oz is a needed size increase. Same solid product. 20 oz will handle about 14 oz of liquid, if you are using ice. Filling it with coffee so I have enough room for cream, gives me close to 18 ounces of hot beverage. Again, a much needed increase over the 16 oz. tumbler. I have a couple of minor complaints; one, the bottom edge of these dents fairly easily, resulting in a permanent wobble. Two, I really wish there were a better lid for these, one that wouldn’t leak out so easily.
