This is an amazing and unique item. I am so happy I was able to purchase it while it was still available. The seller was also very nice which I really appreciated. They also made sure that my item came very well wrapped, and in box and for that, I am truly grateful.

It is 20-30% more expensive than what I bought on other websites, and there was paint peeling off the water cup after I received it. There was a lot of dust on the cup.

I never received my product/ package from your company. Thus far no one has reached out to me concerning this matter. I’ve filled out the affidavit and given other information regarding this matter and still no response. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could assist me in this matter.
