I had made an order for a Stanley Black Chroma 40oz tumbler. I knew I would pay a higher price and I was okay with that. This process was extremely slow. I had a purchase made and waited over a month to recieve the item. After an issue with the first person shipping the tumbler to be authenticates, I assume StockX found another seller and went with them. They evaluated the authenticity of it and I finally received the item. Upon opening the box, it was obvious this was a used tumbler and there was scratches all over it and was not in the original box. I notified StockX and they offered me a refund or a $20.00 discount. I know I said it wasn't about the money, but it was clear they did not authenticate the product or they would have clearly seen the damage and descrepancies I noticed. I just decided to send this back for a full refund.

The item is beautiful but the seller failed to pack it in a protective manner so it was scratched in transit then refused to take any corrective action when I reached out thereafter. I have bought custom Stanley’s from other sellers on Etsy before and they are always well packed and sent in their original box for protection—this was thrown in with a crumpled piece of packing paper on only one side of the box so the cup was exposed to damage. It’s a shame since it’s the most expensive custom Stanley I’ve ordered and the seller did not care. Purchase at your own risk.

This is absolutely probably my top three favorite colors but when it arrived, I had a scratch on it. I still use it, but I am very disappointed in that part. I have actually been looking for another one of this color but right now theyre super expensive to replace this one and then just sell this one at a discounted price But I absolutely love the color just wasnt on the front

I am obsessed with this cup! I messaged the shop owner to ask if they could do the Sea Life theme engraved in the Chroma cup and she said she could! And I am in love! This is now my favorite cup! I wouldn’t have been happy with anything else after discovering this was an option!!
