Received the exchange product and oh boy! It is simply as great as can be expected of being one among the Milton family! Tested with hot water and tea and both remained splendidly hot for the 7-8 hours that I let them remain before pouring them out. The outer case or the travel bag sort of thing is good but I think the strap can't be used to carry it as a sling since the full 1litre bottle grows heavy and the stitches binding the strap to the bag will not be able to withstand the weight. That's okay with me since I shall be using this mainly at home. The flip top is good enough.

Poor quality. Used it for hot water. Water didn't stay hot. Worked like a normal water bottle. Totally un satisfied.

Good quality bottle. Thermostat work properly in summers it keeps ur beverage cold for long period of time and in winter it keeps hot for a longer time whatever beverage or water you keep in it almost 6 hrs and more.
