I just finished the cups from my last purchases
The base of the cups are thinner now. Even with the pressure of putting the lid on you can sense a bit of give in the lower 1- 1-half section of the cup. I used to refill one cup all say long. Now if there is liquid in the cup...it begins to seep through after a while. I realize sales must be made but sadly, I've forgone buying more. [I bought them various sizes and the lids that are sold separately) and shared with friends and family. I'm using washable travel mugs and athletic /activity cups these days. I look forward to buying more cups when they're as reliable as they used to be. I miss sharing them ( especially since I have so many lids to use).

what's more important than a cup of coffee in the morning? these 16oz hot beverage cups are perfect; nice large size with a lightly flocked exterior that prevents the hot cup from slipping in your hand or burning your fingers and without needing to add a sleeve, just the cup. perfect!
nb: they used to have a 20 oz size which I can't find anymore, the largest is the 16oz size. you guys are cheating me out of 4 ozs of my morning coffee.

Very first line of "Product details" (see below) would lead reader to believe that lids are INCLUDED with these cups. Guess what, they're not! Why place lid compatibility options as the last line and not clearly state that lids are not included?!
Very disappointed with the ad copy and with customer service for not attempting to resolve or correct this misleading representation.

I ordered **** Dixie 12 oz cups for approx. $28 and only received 50. I called Walmart to see what was going on and they told me they would get the vendor to send me the other **** cups. I never received them. Today I called again, and I was told that Walmart was going to refund me the $28 but I only got a $3 refund and still no cups. I'm so frustrated with Walmart and your 3rd party vendors! Please send me the other **** cups.
