Glad to see the DP back, I’m excited to see where this will lead. This issue is a bit muddled and confusing, even though I read the whole previous story arc. I can’t recommend the DP for everybody, but it’s a niche book for some...

My first dip into Doom Patrol and really enjoyed it. It’s definitely *not* a true “jump on” #1 issue, lots of notes to look back to the previous run for context. It made things a little hard to grasp, but the world and characters are great and I loved the vibe the comic puts down. Recommend picking it up and diving into a wiki to catch up on the story.

I've been waiting for this since Milk Wars finished. Gerard Way understands what Doom Patrol is, and the adventures they have. This is a great start; solid art and a fun story.

Looking forward to seeing where Cliffs story goes. As well s lol the others following the end of his last run.

This was so wonderfully weird--and like many Doom Patrol comics, it mixes zaniness with pain and it somehow works.

Fun and weird and deep in its own way. Only Doom Patrol would have a meaningful, beautiful first page... That is a character shitting taco bell
