So, that time once again came: new year but I'll still review (a little later than usual) my 2022 reading experience. I have to downsize my reading challenge because I was busy with university studies (f2f resumed this sem, anyways) so from 100 to 25. I also didn't get to read my TBR list and long story short, too many shits happened.
Here are my top 6 for 2022: The Atlas Paradox (Callum stole me in this book; his POVs were *chef's kiss*) And Yet (Made me believe in modern poetry again) Dark Matter (Alternate universes and absolute mind-fuck) The Love Hypothesis (Only romance book I've read and damn) Dead Silence (Horror scifi and ship full of dead people? Sign me up) How To Archer (Recently discovered the show; currently on S09 lol)
In 2023, setting my goal to 25; maybe I'll reach 100 again. Who knows? QOTY: "Go get your chips, bitch. It's time to gamble." - Sterling Archer, How To Archer ...more
Another book ends, another begins and it's entitled 2024.

So, this might be my worst reading year yet, didn't read much this 2023. I reduced my goal from 25 to 20 then to 15 (when I knew I couldn't read more). Who would've thought that I would reach this level in my university studies: internship. finally, after 8 years into college, not including my elem and hs years in the field of education. Anyway . . So, I am so busy and working uneven shifts wrecked my body clock and I need to study for, well, a shit ton of exams coming my way this 2024. I met new people, experienced new things, lost my cats (4 of them crossed the rainbow bridge) and laptop (it died after 7 years lol) and went places (I guess). This year is eventful, exhausting and just . . Something. Anyways, here are my top 6:
To 2024, here's to more . . Books and just, everything. P.S. Also here's hoping to reading the TBR list that I'd accumulated throughout the years because damn, the list goes on and on....more

I am so strI started this year reading a poetry book and ironically enough, I finished reading another poetry book. Anyway, 2021 is such a wild ride. I am so stressed and school and life basically just hit me with a ton of punches to the face (I started thesis this year and oh boy, it's so fucking stressful. Just sharing though) that I feared I couldn't complete my annual reading goal but I did (2 hours from 2022, to be specific). Poetry and short stories reigned my 2021; I've read my first Edgar Allan Poe story and the infamous Raven poem this year and my first manhwa (it's called?) because the ads kept me curious enough.
Nothing else much to say for 2021. I guess I am more sleep-deprived this year and it's bad.
I barely did it. But I somehow did.
I hope I'll be able to read my TBR list for 2021 next year because the list just keeps on growing and growing.
My top 6 for 2021: The Atlas Six (dark academia and the quest for knowledge and different gray perspectives of the characters are just *chef's kiss*) Rule of Wolves (they're all here and my man, Aleksander) The Bronzed Beasts (because my ship had a moment and it was glorious and of course, the puzzles and shit) The God of Lost Words (the conclusion is so satisfying and the lore too) Believe Me (WARNER PERIOD) Whereabouts (because I can relate to the protagonist in every aspect of the story)
To 2022, 100 books as usual and please release the sequels I've been waiting for. Lol...more

I would describe 2020 as adrift (at least, for me). So many things have happened this year to the world and to my life. This year really did a number on everyone, right? Well, wish I tallied the books that I've read this quarantine just so I can flex my whopping 126/100 this year. I've discovered lots of poetry books (which helped me a lot in completing the challenge) and I've read some classics for the first time (except for Agatha Christie's books; I've started to read those last year). This year's books are great but the sequels I've been waiting for aren't released this year.

This year is a gray with dashes of rainbow swirling within it (already posted this on my facebook, so what? lol). I thought I will surpass my 2018 reading challenge but alas, I am unfortunate. Maybe because I kinda went out more this year (also, life kept me busy af) and I couldn't focus because, coughs someone just fucking picked at my heart and left it bloody on the side of the road. At least, I completed my challenge this year. Well, enough chit-chat, let's list down the honorary books and authors this year for me . .
• Thank you to ma'am Agatha Christie for saving my challenge because her books are just goddamn precious. • Damn you, Pierce Brown for shitting on my emotions while reading Dark Age. It was a bloodydamn masterpiece, don't get me wrong but well, I need the 6th book ASAP

I started to do the Reading Challenge last 2017 but I didn't complete it; I had only reached 94/100 books so I was determined to complete the next one. Then came 2018, many things happened in my life last year (won't elaborate, I'll probably bore you or something) and I FUCKING COMPLETED THE 2018 READING CHALLENGE. I REACHED 132/100. (Sorry for the caps. I am just proud.)
