I thought this was a good one. Not my favorite by Lisa Kleypas but very good. I loved that this Hathaway series seems to be incorporating her Wallflowers series into it! I miss those ladies. :)
One of my other GR friends mentioned that they got a little tired of Amelia trying to hard to hang on to her independence in the face of the fact that she obviously loved Cam, and it annoyed me as well. I tried to put myself in her shoes though and I think that she was trying so hard to hold on to it because it really was the only positive thing that defined her. Otherwise she was just a bossy, old, spinster. LOL
There was a bit of a paranormal component to this story and I guess that was par for the course when the story involved gypsies? I guess, I don't know. It seemed oddly placed but it did add some interesting aspects to the story.
I will definitely continue with this series. I think Lisa Kleypas can get me to read just about anything! And of course the narrator, Rosalyn Landor did a splendid job. I think I would listen to her read the phone book.
