Goals should be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART). This clarity will help team members stay focused and understand the value of their work, which in turn can boost motivation and support within the team.

Encourage open communication and collaboration, allowing team members to share ideas and solutions freely.
