Lo primero y más importante para mí. Estás tratando con personas, busca esa conexión emocional y abierta con ellos. En mi experiencia coordinando equipos, no hay nada más motivador que mostrar a veces a tu equipo que tú también has fallado y te has frustrado, que tú no eres de acero y no pasa nada por sentirse así. Compartir mi lado más vulnerable y los momentos difíciles me permite ser más práctico con ellos y orientarnos hacia la pregunta “qué podemos hacer?” E intentar que cada uno encuentre su respuesta. Si consigues esa unión, el equipo irá contigo donde sea (y tú con ellos). Pd. No todo el mundo se abre a esto, pero, quien lo hace, experimenta el resultado
