First of all, I held open discussion with my new team. Treat them respectfully as my colleague and discuss about their job and workplace condition. By listening to them, I gain the understanding about their opinion and problem they may have in the job or workplace. Meanwhile, I also learn and explore deeply about my roles in my team and enhance my capabilities so that I am able to support my team by giving the solution. When the solution worked through the problem, I think I started to build trust and credibility with my members.
