Design Manager

The Community Design Center of Rochester (CDCR) is a non-profit organization based in Rochester, NY. We promote the creation of vibrant, equitable, and resilient communities by engaging, educating, and empowering stakeholders in crafting purposeful design. CDCR provides technical assistance, educational opportunities, and training to increase awareness about the built environment, the impact of design, and the importance of good urban planning. We actively engage through partnerships in city and regional initiatives, guiding communities in creating vision plans and encouraging community involvement in planning and development processes.

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Design Manager at the Community Design Center of Rochester. The Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing design projects, managing design teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project completion within set deadlines. The role requires regular on-site presence in Rochester, NY, with flexibility for some remote work.
