When I ask people about getting blood work done, I'm amazed at what they say: “Oh yeah, my doctor does a very comprehensive test (didn’t check hormones) to make sure things are good and everything came back normal or in range.” Or they may say, “My health is good, just have a little high blood pressure controlled by medication,” or “My cholesterol is a little elevated but I take a prescription for it.” Well… let me just say that is not what I would call keeping your health OPTIMIZED.
