You may need a separate device (e.g. PC or mobile) to create a Samsung account. Some services may require subscription.

2. Endless Free Content: Channel number including channels provided by Samsung TV Plus and third-party apps counts are current as of May, 2024 for each country. Downloading apps, signing up, and logging in may be required to access channels provided by third-parties.

5. AI Energy Mode: Energy saving rate may vary by region, model, size, viewing conditions or type of content. Products shipped in Eco Mode have some AI Energy Mode functions enabled by default, so energy saving levels by turning on AI Energy Mode may appear lower compared to Standard Mode. AI Energy Mode does not work with Game Mode. Energy savings are based on internal test results and may vary depending on content being displayed and surrounding brightness levels.

6. SolarCell Remote: To charge the remote with solar energy, set the TV remote down with the solar panel facing up. Place it in your living room while your lights are turned on, or you can place it near a window where it will soak in natural sunlight. In cases where the remote's battery is depleted, you can charge it by using a USB-C cable. To check the remaining battery level of the remote control, refer to the TV Menu (Settings > General & Privacy > Power & Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery). The design and button layout of the SolarCell Remote may vary depending on the region.

7. Apple TV app & AirPlay: Apple TV+ subscription required for access to Apple TV+ content. AirPlay functionality requires iOS 12.3 or higher versions, or macOS 10.14.5 or higher versions. To utilize AirPlay, both the TV and Apple devices must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Note that AirPlay is compatible with specific devices only. The Apple TV app and AirPlay may be discontinued at any time.

8. Bixby voice commands support English (US/UK), French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese and Korean. Not all accents, dialects and expressions are recognised.

9. Multi View: Requires Samsung account. Multi View is available on all Samsung Neo QLED / OLED / QLED series TV models released since 2020. Samsung Crystal UHD series support differs by model, so please refer to the relevant product detail pages. For Android mobile devices, available on Android OS 4.2 and higher versions. For iOS mobile devices, available on iOS 12.3 and higher versions with the Samsung TV Q70 series and higher TV models. The actual UI may differ from the image shown.
