Please answer this simple SPAM challenge: zero minus zero? (Example: nine)
To avoid errors, just be careful whether slash "/" is allowed or not at the beginning of $file_name parameter.In my case, trying to send PDF files thru PHP after access-logging,the beginning "/" must be removed in PHP 7.1.
