Excellent Service and Follow-up. I now have experience buying 3 iPhones from Refurbed. The first came in and was perfect. With the second there was an unexpected default around the lenses of the camera. Refurbed offered excellent and personal service, helped me contact the dealer, and I was able to organize a return that worked very smoothly, including refund. I re-ordered and am very happy with the 3rd purchase. It is refreshing to receive such quick and personal help from (real!) people who genuinely seem to want to make their services work in a complex secondhand industry. Not afraid of refurbished goods anymore

I was always worried about refurbished goods. This was pleasant surprise. My Pixel 8 Pro was actually in great condition without any scratches or anything. The delivery was fast. The only thing that was not really to my liking is the packaging. Small random paperbox with cable and the phone. That kind of turn my experience off.
