CHROMIUM: Clean-up hal_nxpuwb.h
This header defines the HAL event IDs and status codes used in
notifications sent to the client.
Remove unnecessary headers to eliminate the noise generated in the rust
bindings when this header is used as an input to the bindgen crate.
Name the Enum types.
