[Merge to M-123] views: Add some crash keys It seems that in `View::OrphanLayers()`, `GetLayersInOrder()` may return a layer that is not a sibling of the current view's layer, thus trying to remove it from the view's parent layer results in a crash. It's hard to know which layer/view/widget it is due to ICF (Identical Code Folding), so adding these ccrash keys may allow us to have some insights. Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.
Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
