[iOS fuzzer] Fixed crashes in chrome_app_startup_parameters fuzzer Fixed two issues with crashing in the three fuzzers for chrome_app_startup_parameters. An AtExitManager was added into the fuzzer's environment, which is needed as a callback for CHECKs that naturally fail in the fuzzer's limited environment. Also, we instantiate the i18n library since it is needed by GURL inside the fuzzed function with i18n::InitializeICU(). Documentation in the source is rooted in docs/README.md.
Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure.
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
