Reporting: Add collection of ePrivacy Screen and displays telemetry/info This adds the collection of new info and telemetry for the displays of the device as well as the ePrivacy screen. They are both controlled by the ReportDeviceGraphicsStatus policy which is defaulted to false. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
