vsplit: Rename left/right snap to prim/secondary in chromeos and exo To support snap top and bottom in portrait layout, rename left/right snap to primary/secondary snap position: - Rename enums chromeos::SnapDirection and WaylandWindowSnapDirection kLeft/Right to kPrimary/Secondary. - Rename Left/RightSnap function names to Primary/Secondary in exo. Example functions are `ShellSurfaceBase::SetSnappedToLeft()` and `AuraSurface::SetSnapLeft()`. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
