[//cc]] Have clients of RasterBufferProvider::PlaybackToMemory pass SIF This CL converts all callers of RasterBufferProvider::PlaybackToMemory() to the variant that takes in SharedImageFormat. A followup will eliminate the variant that takes in ResourceFormat (the elimination is slightly involved, as it will entail converting the implementation to talk in terms of SIF). For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
