Orderfile: Switch to autoninja, ignoring job and load arguments

Now that autoninja is commonly used, move the script to use it. Also,
completely get rid of the job and load arguments, to let Autoninja run
the show. The expectation is that this will not cause issues on the bot,
and it will make development slightly less cumbersome.
