Android: Roll R8 2.2.4-dev -> e13467c2cee Not much change in R8 here, but it picks up a fix needed to safely enable class merging in the presence of APK splits. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
