Add support for extended Chromebook form factors in --form-factor flag Allows Chromebooks with configs that specify the type of Chromebook as their form factor to be identified as Chromebooks, rather than unknown device types. BUG=b:229813079 TEST=CQ TEST=CrOS image that changes the --form-factor flag to confirm Chrome UI form factor dependent strings are unchanged with new form factors. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
