document-pip: Use title from opener for the pip browser window Currently, the system-level window title of a document picture-in-picture window is "about:blank", since the active WebContents in a document pip window is a blank document. This isn't a useful title for us to use, and in certain cases can cause user confusion. This CL changes the document picture-in-picture window to instead be titled based on its opener's title. To check out the source code locally, don't use git clone! Instead, follow the instructions on how to get the code.

For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
