Enable exit_on_stuck_actions feature on Win Builder (dbg) The feature shuts down reproxy and generates the stack traces if execution of action exceeds 2*reclient_timeout It's planned to help with identifying the source of actions getting stuck on the builder when downloading results. For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
