Rename SkCanvasVideoRenderer to PaintCanvasVideoRenderer
As the comment in skcanvas_video_renderer.h by enne@,
Rename SkCanvasVideoRenderer to PaintCanvasVideoRenderer
and related class. Rename the files also.
