Remove all use of jumbo_* build target types. Now that the jumbo build is no longer supported (and hasn't been for quite a while), there is no need to use the jumbo target types like jumbo_source_set, jumbo_component, and jumbo_static_library. This CL converts all such targets back to their non-jumbo equivalents. The change was made via a simple search and replace. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
