English: USA-267, also known as NRO launch 45 (NROL-45 or simply L-45), is a National Reconnaissance Office radar imaging satellite named Topaz 4. It was orbited by a Delta IV M+(5,2) rocket, launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base Space Launch Complex 6 on 10 February 2016.
