This was never the official coat of arms of Salmi; it was designed for Salmin Pitäjäseura in 1978 long after the municipality had been annexed to the USSR [1]. As an unofficial symbol it does not fall under the exemption of {{PD-Coa-Finland}} and is presumably still under copyright. Jafeluv (talk) 08:43, 16 August 2013 (UTC)
