Deutsch: Wappen von Ermatingen. Die Gemeinde verwendet jedoch konstant ein anderes Wappen von Ernst Graf.[1] Blasonierung: In Schwarz ein weisser Rüde mit gelbem Halsband und gelber Zunge. Wappenbegründung: Das Wappen lässt sich auf einer Wappenscheibe aus dem Jahr 1596 nachweisen.
