According to en:Dynamite (BTS song), the song was released by Big Hit, Columbia, and Sony Music. We would need permission from one of those record companies. See also User talk:Jeff G.#Non-free album cover in public domain?. — Jeff G. ツ please ping or talk to me 14:03, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
- Delete Album covers isn't under public domain, it's under fair use which is not allowed on Commons but allowed on some Wikimedia projects. Neither is there evidence on the file page that indicated that either one of the three labels (Big Hit, Columbia, and Sony Music) has given permission nor has it been reviewed by VRT. — Paper9oll 14:21, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
- Neutral, but the nomination and the subsequent comment are wrong. We don't "need" permissions when the covers are below the Commons:threshold of originality, which is what you should be pointing out. Tbhotch™ 16:17, 9 May 2022 (UTC)
Kept, does not surpass threshold of originality of the United States. Taivo (talk) 15:05, 6 June 2022 (UTC)
