Just to clarify, the bot closes deletion requests where all files have been deleted (speedily or not), as the bot has no way of knowing whether the deletions were speedy. Presumably it would also close deletion requests that mention files that have never existed. Is that right? Bot's tasks for which permission is being sought: Closing deletion request where all affected files got speedy deleted.

Automatic or manually assisted: Automatic

Edit type (e.g. Continuous, daily, one time run): continuous

Maximum edit rate (e.g. edits per minute): maxlag

Bot flag requested: (Y/N): N

Programming language(s): Perl

Krdbot currently archives closed deletion requests per Commons:Bots/Requests/Krdbot 2. During this task it can also close deletion requests where all mentioned files are already (speedy) deleted, as there is no point in keeping requests open where decisions are already made. Test edits: Special:Diff/610901735 Special:Diff/610901706

Comment This is already live for some time, and I think I have missed to request approval for this, which has recently been mentioned at User talk:Krdbot#Undocumented purpose: closing deletion requests. I would like to apologise for this and request approval now.
