- Comment - @Red-tailed hawk: CONCACAF's headquarters are indeed in Miami, but the organization is incorporated in the Bahamas. Previously, the headquarters were in Trinidad and Tobago during Jack Warner's tenure as president, then moved to the Cayman Islands when Jeffrey Webb was president. Do we consider where an organization is incorporated or where its headquarters is (which can be relocated at any time) for determining TOO? — Jkudlick ⚓ (talk) 20:25, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
- We consider where the IP's country of origin is. If the IP was created in the Bahamas by a Bahamas company then this would be reviewed under COM:Bahamas, which implies that we would apply a U.K.-like threshold of originality.
