Dear translation administrator: For existing translations, move all existing translations to language subpages (/fr, /de, etc.). Pages with existing translations need to have them manually copied to the new system or some process to be created for it. Translation administrators must ensure existing translations don't get lost or hidden, or translators will be unhappy and we'll lose them. Ask a question or read how to prepare a page for translation.2013-06-27i18n

Commons Delinker has been broken since May 10 so it cannot replace moved files. In the meantime, consider using JustReplace.js or the new and experimental Global Replace tool (closed source) to assist you when you perform file renames/moves.
