The job

As the server technician you will be in charge of delivering IT support to all the technology infrastructure projects located in Brno. Some of your daily tasks will include:

• Physical handling of hardware assets, responsibility for asset inventory
• Installation of PCs, laptops, and hardware preparation for deployment to user homes
• Administration of Win servers and end-user computers, updating patches, migration to different hardware, fixing vulnerabilities, ensuring the latest antivirus signatures are in place etc.
• End-user support for applications, OS issues etc., and necessary activities related to site support/administration
  
  

Your Qualifications

💭 You speak and write English fluently (at least B2-C1).

🎓 IT education (Bachelor/Master) or 1-2 years professional experience on a similar position.

• Experience in managing e.g. active directory, anti-virus servers, DNS, DHCP, HyperV, and/or VMWare
• Experience with supporting user applications (MS Office, Citrix, VPN) is a plus
