Temsilci, bir markanın online destek ve fiziksel konumlar (varsa) gibi işletme işlevlerini kapsar. Her mesaj, kullanıcının görüşmeyi başlattığı bağlamı içerir. Mesaj yönlendirme altyapınız, kullanıcının belirli bir işletme konumunu görüntüleyip görüntülemediğini veya genel destek arayıp aramadığını algılayıp mesajları doğru hedefe yönlendirebilir.

OAuth2l'yi yükleme ve test etme
