Bir dönüşüm Google Ads'e bildirildikten sonra, daha sonra Google Ads API'de dönüşümü ayarlayabilirsiniz.

Bir dönüşümü ayarlamak için öncelikle bir dönüşüm işlemi ayarlamış olmanız ve ayrıca ayarlamak üzere olduğunuz dönüşümleri de kaydetmiş olmanız gerekir.

API'deki dönüşümleri ayarlarken göz önünde bulundurmanız gereken bazı gereksinimleri ve kısıtlamaları aşağıda bulabilirsiniz:

  • Ayarlamaları, yalnızca dönüşüm işlemlerini yöneten hesap yükleyebilir. Google Ads hesabınızdaki dönüşümleri hangi hesabın yönettiğini belirlemek için dönüşüm izleme kurulum talimatlarını uygulayın.

    Farklı bir hesap kullanarak düzenleme yüklemeye çalışmak NO_CONVERSION_ACTION_FOUND hatasına neden olur. Bu hata, ayarlamanın dönüşüm işlemi etkin olmadığında da oluşur.

  • Google Ads yalnızca SALESFORCE, UPLOAD_CLICKS veya WEBPAGE dönüşüm işlemi türleri için dönüşüm ayarlamayı destekler. Dönüşüm işleminin bu türlerden birinde olmadığı bir dönüşüm için ayarlama yüklenmeye çalışılması INVALID_CONVERSION_ACTION_TYPE hatasıyla sonuçlanır.

  • Tarih ve saati belirten alanlar, hesabın saat dilimi olması gerekmeyen bir saat dilimi gerektirir. Bu alanların biçimi yyyy-mm-dd HH:mm:ss+|-HH:mm şeklindedir. Örneğin: 2022-01-01 19:32:45-05:00 (yaz saati dikkate alınmaz).

  • TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION_ACTION hatası olmaması için dönüşüm işlemini oluşturduktan sonra 4-6 saat bekleyip dönüşümlerini ayarlayın.

  • Aşağıdaki koşullardan herhangi biri karşılanırsa ayarlama bir CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND hatasıyla başarısız olur:

    • Dönüşüm hiç raporlanmadı.

    • Dönüşüm, ayarlama girişiminden 24 saatten kısa bir süre önce bildirilmiştir. Bazı durumlarda bu durum TOO_RECENT_CONVERSION hatasına yol açabilir.

  • Aşağıdaki koşullardan herhangi biri geçerli olduğunda ConversionAdjustment içinde order_id öğesini belirtmeniz gerekir:

    • Dönüşüm işleminin type metriği WEBPAGE değerine eşit.

    • Ayarladığınız orijinal dönüşüme order_id atandı.

    Bunun yerine gclid_date_time_pair belirtirseniz işlem sırasıyla ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.MISSING_ORDER_ID_FOR_WEBPAGE veya ConversionAdjustmentUploadError.CONVERSION_NOT_FOUND hatasıyla başarısız olur.

  • ConversionAdjustment oluşturulurken UploadConversionAdjustmentsRequest öğesinin partial_failure özelliği her zaman true olarak ayarlanmalıdır. Geçerli ve başarısız işlemleri aynı anda işlerken kısmi hata yönergelerini uygulayın.
