- For Beginners Category: Create all pages with OCR, headers, smallref. Use problematic page status for anything that isn’t text only and/or requires special formatting e.g. Title pages, Illustrations contents, Index. Beginners are expected to be able to do references, hws&e, special characters, chapter header formating. Do Table of Contents.
- Proofread the first page and link to Index Discussion, to set exemplar for Chapter headings etc.
- Nominate with appropriate labels/category.
- Shephard proofreaders, check watchlist regularly
