Laua-an is a 4th class municipality in the province of Antique, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 23,258 people in 4,725 households. Laua-an is celebrating its pride, the famous Pahinis Festival every January. Pahinis Festival was awarded as one of the best tourism event in the Philippines last 2008.
