Note
- Airtel has acquired Telenor[4] and Tata Teleservices.[5]
- Vodafone and Idea have still not merged [6]
- Reliance Communications and MTS have completed merger.[7]
- A merger of state-owned telecom companies BSNL and MTNL is being mulled over by the Indian Government.[8]
- Reliance Jio to acquire wireless assets of Reliance Communications which has already merged with MTS India.[9]
